The future is now. Consumers today expect convenience, speed and simplicity like never before. Any inconvenience they encounter can make them abandon their purchase. This lost opportunity is 'friction'.
I was tasked to design a campaign website to help businesses understand and reduce friction, so that they can thrive in the future. By keeping the website to a single page, I wanted to take visitors on a linear journey of discovery—From understanding what friction is, to how Facebook for Business can help them.
Once the story was clear, we moved to visual design. The campaign page was built to work on both mobile and desktop, complete with animation utilising CSS, SVGs and sprite sheets.
