Send them a high-impact DM with instructions on how to make a water bomb.
The DM letter and instructions on how to create the water bomb were rolled up inside a 'warhead' like tube. The outer casing featured a paper-engineered closing device that resembled a torpedo. The instructions and letter were printed on a white plastic material which does not crease. Paper was included for making the water bomb.
