In a bid to produce cost-effective recruitment collaterals for the Republic of Singapore Navy, we designed an innovative brochure that could be used as posters, direct mail pieces or a brochure. Featuring a detachable aluminium binder, the brochure was comprised of 14 folded A1, double-sided posters that folded down into A3 brochure pages. Each poster focussed on a different occupation in the Singapore Navy. The design allowed the brochure to be used as posters for recruitment fairs; individual posters could be pulled out and mailed off as a DM, or the brochure could be given out as a full set (to Schools and universities). The spring-loaded metal binder can be removed (above).
